Our Philosophy… "We just Love to Spoil You"
At the heart of our initiative lies the desire to seek out and use the very best local produce. Our suppliers are nearly all local farms, so the food we prepare is made with fresh seasonal produce. We take great care to meet all dietary requirements whatever their origin, because we believe it is important to provide a stress-free, enjoyable and flavourful experience everybody can share.
This is why Mimì is gluten-free and registered with AIC (Italian Coeliac Association). We are also an authorised “iosonofvg” business, a denomination conferred on companies in Friuli Venezia Giulia that promote environmental, economic and social sustainability. Mimì is also plastic-free, which means our cups, cutlery, plates and so on are all made of china, glass or biodegradable materials. Plastic is all but banned at our events.
